We pay attention to every customer request. After obtaining the required criteria, our workforce is prepared for the interview and negotiation process. We submit all decisions to employers and workers, including salaries and leave. We only provide minimum conditions for each service.
Warranty
incompatibility
We care about our customer satisfaction. We make sure that prior to placement, the Employer's and Workforce's requests have been adjusted to each other. However, under some conditions, an incompatibility may occur. We provide a warranty period of 2 months. If within 2 months there is a mismatch, then the customer has the right to replace the workforce 2 times.
Protected
Employment agreement
Every agreement we protect with a Work Agreement. The Work Agreement contains the respective information from BKK Srikandi Semarang, Employers and Labor as well as basic provisions from BKK Srikandi Semarang.
Fair Price
We apply Collection Administration Fees to Employers as a return for the services we provide. Administrative Costs are costs incurred while the Labor is accommodated and monitored at BKK Srikandi Semarang. Administrative Costs and Labor Salary we also provide in accordance with the quality standards offered.
Education & Monitoring
Workers live in the BKK Srikandi Semarang dormitory for at least one month to monitor behavior and character. During this period, our workforce was educated about good work ethic and behavior. We realize that every individual has a different character, therefore we try our best to channel a quality workforce with good behavior and character.
No Extra or Hidden Fees
There are no hidden fees or follow-up fees or monthly fees. We only apply a one-time administration fee per collection. We do not cut workers' salaries because we care about the welfare of our workers.
