26 Years of Our History
Our business started 26 years ago, in 1997 with the main goal being to eradicate poverty and help pave the way for people to find work. Even with only modest abilities, we are willing to accommodate the workforce and we provide training according to the job desired, starting from Maid/Household assistant (PRT/ART), Baby Sitter, and Geriatric Nurses for the Elderly/Sick Persons. In the past, we were often known as the Srikandi Semarang Foundation, but as time went on and changes in regulations, we decided to change our name to
Srikandi Semarang Special Work Exchange.
Until now, we have channelled hundreds or even thousands of workers throughout Indonesia.

Our services specialize in providing a workforce with the profession of Household Assistants, Geriatric Nurses for Elderly / Sick People with an experienced carer.
We also train novice workers to study child and patient nursing standards. Only workers who pass the test will get a nursing certificate. Many of our nurses also pursue nursing education as evidenced by an educational certificate when registering.
We are based in Semarang City, but we cover services throughout Indonesia. Some odf our labor deployments are Java, Bali, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. Specifically for deployment outside Java, we apply a contract system for yearly employment.

Elderly nurse/
Sick person
We also provide care for the elderly. Our nurses adjust to the medical conditions of the party being treated, specifically with special expertise in the field of nursing. The duties and responsibilities of our nurses cover all the daily needs of patients, including cooking food and washing the clothes of those being treated.

Daily Energy / Infal
During certain periods, such as the month of Ramadan, we provide Eid Al-Fitr Maid/Carer to replace workers who are unable to work. Our Infal staff consists of household members, babysitters, and geriatric nurses for elderly/sick people. We also provide overnight/non-stay Daily Workers if you need them.
