◆ Elderly / Sick Person Nurse
Easy requirements, just come to our office in Semarang (Google Maps: BKK Srikandi)

and bring the following documents:

Copy of KTP 3 Sheets
Copy of Family Card 3 Sheets
Passport Photo 4x6 3 Sheets
Permit to work by husband if already married
Paying the Registration Fee of IDR 100,000
Nurse/Nurse Training Certificate and uniform if you want to register for a Baby Sitter/Elderly Nurse.
